At Sovereign House in Brentwood, Essex our Consultants aim to provide timely opinions and treatment for patients with oral surgery and oral medicine conditions, who may be in pain or who have unusual oral conditions of concern.

Treatments include difficult tooth extractions, including impacted wisdom teeth, the diagnosis and treatment of salivary gland disease and other diseases affecting the oral tissues. The removal of facial skin lesions and of lumps affecting the head and neck is carried out, including those inside the mouth. Also carried out are procedures to improve oral rehabilitation with dentures and implants.

Mr Kandy Ganesan is our Consultant Oral Surgeon, who works at the busy Southend University Hospital NHS Trust. He treats a great number of patients with diverse complaints, which means that he is ideally placed to provide treatment to our patients and to offer advice to our referring general dental practitioners.

Mr Vyomesh Bhatt is our Consultant in Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery from Southend University Hospital and Mid Essex Hospitals NHS Trusts. He has undergone extensive training in the wide range of oral and maxillo-facial surgery procedures.

Both our Consultants are active in Oral Surgery training, both at undergraduate and post-graduate level and are well placed to treat patients suffering with complex medical conditions, which are now regularly seen in our dental practices.

Sedation services are available if required.
